At the heart of Rideau View’s game improvement philosophy are the teaching skills of our professional staff, which includes Head Golf Professional Roger Beale, Associate Professional Dan McNeely, Assistant Professional Tyler Epp, and Pro Emeritus Paul Sherratt, a PGA of Canada Hall of Fame inductee.

The latest in game improvement technology is housed in Rideau View’s Teaching Centre, a fully enclosed and insulated structure with two hitting bays.

In 2021, the club opened its completely re-imagined, double-ended practice range. The $1 million project features 18 hitting stations at its west end and a target fairway with yardage markers in the landing area. The east end features a wide grass tee and bent grass fairway to hit full shots to the driving range. It is also home to our new short-game improvement area, which has three target greens and two bunkers to practice both greenside and fairway bunker shots.

Our renovation also includes a new 10,000 square foot putting green and chipping complex which are well positioned adjacent to the Pro Shop and between the 1st and 10th tees.
